This move has re-habbed a rotator cuff problem of severe pain if extending my arm up and back to close a sunroof or throw a football. Basically extend your arm out perpendicular to your side and raise it to max height, then lower and extend it out across your body at chest height. Picture the british drum major in front of a military march.
