Who me- It actually makes me feel in Control. With the regular No S, I was eating too much. It gives me a place to stop, without counting calories. And it shrinks my stomach!!! Like maybe I used to get full at 20 bites, now I am getting full closer to 12 bites! My stomach is most definatly shrinking...

Ive bit the bullet! My DH is hiding the scales for my next 21 day thing, for a trial run. I am going to go on Measurments alone for these 3 weeks, then I can wiegh again if I want to.

I'd recommend being on No-S 3 to 6 months before making modifications. Most of us still don't really have the habits down before that. There's no point in modifying something you haven't mastered. That is a good point. 3-6 months is alot better amount of time to be able to see how something is work...

Yes, that's exactly what I do, Baron. I weigh every morning and then my "Homemade Spreadsheet file" calculates automatically my average weight for the past 7 and also the past 15 days (Weighted Moving Average) .... this gives me a very reliable number since it's not based on a single day. NoSnacker-our measurments are close! My hips are around 45" with the tape pulled tight. That would be great to try doing measurments. It sure does encourage one to see them go down no matter what the scale says!

I consider cookies, muffins, pies, cakes, doughnuts, bars, cream puffs, all Sweets. A little jelly, honey is ok, (NOT alot) and cereal with a little sugar, NOT sugar laden.

Fruit yogurt is ok, Fruit is OK. Just mainly stuff that has tons of sugar//

You can't predict what your weight loss will be. There is no magic in it. No S can't make your body lose weight if you are still overeating. It's just a way to help target excess. I am trying to lift wieghts daily till I ovulate and see if I can have a 28 day cycle or so for almost first time in my life.
