Who me- It actually makes me feel in Control. With the regular No S, I was eating too much. It gives me a place to stop, without counting calories. And it shrinks my stomach!!! I'd recommend being on No-S 3 to 6 months before making modifications. Most of us still don't really have the habits down before that. There's no point in modifying something you haven't mastered. You can't predict what your weight loss will be. There is no magic in it. No S can't make your body lose weight if you are still overeating. It's just a way to help target excess. I went Waaaay overboard yesterday. I just dont think Perma-snacking all day long on S days is going to work. I am trying to lift wieghts daily till I ovulate and see if I can have a 28 day cycle or so for almost first time in my life.
