Not sure about you, but I know that if it took me four or five months to lose ten pounds, I certainly don't want a few weeks to totally undo all my hard work in establishing habi...

Welcome! If you focus on doing the rules to the letter, and especially include a bit of exercise daily, whatever you enjoy, you'll lose weight. And you'll actually enjoy it!! How about making a HabitCal for NoS, and daily Exercise? That's the easiest way to keep accountable, and then you don't have ...

Hi guys! Quick update here. I had gained about 3 or 4 lbs during my trip down to Florida for my Grandads funeral, and then, I got sick with a virus that I seemed to be trading back and forth with my Son for a few weeks as well, so my exercise was nil... But I'm pleased to say that even without the e...

Hi there! The "Vanilla" concept is really about N days not S days... I usually enjoy S days without restrictions.. That's really the only way to truly enjoy them.. They are the reward for being good during the week and something to look forward to and savour.. That doesn't inherently mean to over in...

My goals are pretty much the same as Kwonset. Strict NoS, and upkeep of my HabitCal's, with occasional check in's here if needed. I gained about five pounds back of my 11 lost in the past few weeks, mostly over this weekend. I hope to lose it all back again and hopefully a few additional more. Have ...

Hi Friends! I am back for a quick check in now.. My Grandfather died last week, and me and Richie had to go down to Florida for a few days for his funeral. He was very ill for over a year with emphysema, and the last few months had been suffering terribly, and so I'm glad he is not suffering anymore...
