I've been doing the no "S" for two weeks. My biggest problem so far is the evenings. I begin my day at 5:00 a.m. so breakfast comes very early as does lunch. By 5:00 p.m. I am starving and eat dinner. Of course, that leaves a long time between dinner and bed time.
I have used the "glass of milk" some evenings to get me through, but didn't have to last night. So I can count yesterday as a SUCCESS.

Well it's been another week. I am doing well with staying with no snacks, seconds or sweets.
Haven' lost much weight. I figure that may be because my "S" days are too, too. Or, my plate is too large during my "N" days. I am going to wait a couple more weeks before making adjustments to these so that I build the No "S" habit.
So far, so good.
