Thank you, Reinhard, for your personal update. It seems that many of us are still struggling with S-days, and would love to know how your personal S-days go, for example.
When I would do shovelglove, I would turn on Netflix and watch a particular program. I would lose count, but as long as that hammer was moving...

great tip on having news or something in the background...
i love to shovelglove to rock music or old mississippi delta blues but i might consider to practice my italian and german, too (besides french, also official languages in switzerland so always good to work on that)...

I'm strict about when I take them -- not a whole lot of Non-weekend "special" days. But on them I'm pretty relaxed. They're generally neither "exemplary" nor awful. I think the key is I take my N-days *very* seriously, and don't worry too much about my S-days.and would love to know how your personal S-days go, for example.
