Thank you, Reinhard, for your personal update. It seems that many of us are still struggling with S-days, and would love to know how your personal S-days go, for example.

When I would do shovelglove, I would turn on Netflix and watch a particular program. I would lose count, but as long as that hammer was moving...

Thank you for the encouragement (and laughs), and looking forward to your audio version of No S.

great tip on having news or something in the background...
i love to shovelglove to rock music or old mississippi delta blues but i might consider to practice my italian and german, too (besides french, also official languages in switzerland so always good to work on that)...

Another reason perhaps why I've gone to smaller rep count sets :-)

I'm strict about when I take them -- not a whole lot of Non-weekend "special" days. But on them I'm pretty relaxed. They're generally neither "exemplary" nor awful. I think the key is I take my N-days *very* seriously, and don't worry too much about my S-days.

Thanks for the update! Awesome. I have also injured myself throwing my 3 year old up and down.

One thing I'm curious about: does anyone notice the sound quality being any better?

Sound is louder and richer than the two podcasts before it. I don't have to turn the volume up.
