Hi Ray, I'm obviously not going to be able to comment meaningfully on doing all systems at once since you already know all about what I'm up to in that regard, but I will say that I agree with your suspicion that urban ranger aka walking, though stupid-simple (I don't know if I'd use the word "boring"), is probably the most important. Why? Not just for its direct health benefits, which are great, but also and perhaps even more because of its indirect benefits, such as giving me time and sufficient blood circulation to the brain to think of and refine the other systems.
