I'm back again for the one thousandth time haha. I went back to fasting but I just can't seem to stick with it. So back to sane No S I go! Today is my 1st day back on No S. I am going to start doing habitcal again for my eating and also exercise. I have an exercise routine I have put together which is just lunges, squats, press ups, tricep dips etc. My gym membership expires in a month which I won't be renewing as I want something I ca...

I do definitely need some rules and guidelines but not as rigid as they were. I want to stick to mostly wholegrains but I still want to enjoy one sweet a week on my 1 S day. I find 2 S days sends me well off track. I will stick to the No snacks and No seconds on my S day to keep the structure. I wil...

I'm back, clearly the bright lines didn't work for me. For some reason I expect perfection with my eating and if I don't comply to my perfectionist rules, then I binge. Back to No S for the 1000th time. Maybe one of these days I will learn to stop being a perfectionist with my eating as it just make...

I also feel like I over think everything I eat. It's so hard and I just wish I could eat my 3 meals and be done with it. My overthinking of my food choices is one of the main reasons I binge. Not the hunger or anything else. I feel like every meal has to be perfect in my mind or I think WTH and give...

Well I have been back to binging on sugar badly the last 2 nights as well. I think the only solution to this is to cut sugar again. It really is addictive to me. I really wish I would stop thinking I can be moderate with sugar. Despite the nutritionist's advice, I do not think moderation is a good i...

I know what you mean about the scale. It's hard to find a balance. I find weighing does keep me on track but weighing too often discourages me as well. Although I am currently trying to not weigh as I'm trying to work on my relationship with food and my binge eating issues before I worry too much ab...

I also have to realise that having my ideal body shape is the least important thing right now, my relationship with food is the absolute number one priority, and that body shape I am after will come one day once my relationship with food is repaire...

Good day today. Been busy clothes shopping, got myself some new jeans and knitwear. It was long over due as I had been putting off buying clothes until I was at my 'ideal' weight. But I needed to get some decent clothes to wear on my holiday in 4 weeks. I managed to squeeze myself into some US size ...

Pretty good day minus eating too many olives and cheese tonight. Had guests over tonight and had a cheese platter out. I resisted for quite awhile and then thought I would just have an olive and a piece of cheese, but it turned into a few too many pieces of cheese and olives. I didn't break the rule...
