As the others have suggested, try adding a bit more protein & fat to your meals. I agree with Eschano - try having a milky coffee (or two) between lunch and dinner. Thanks Deb! Yesterday was 100% Vanilla No S - even though I could easily have kept on eating after dinner as I was still in the mood to eat. I am doing well with the 1 x Coffee a Day - gives me a good end to my day. This month I am also trying to cut out the sweetners - will probably still have them...
