Hiya! I've been eating about 1200-1300 a day, or at least I try. 2 of my meals a day are homemade, usually, so I have to try to "figure out" what the calorie counts are, but most of my recipes have calorie facts. I've also been exercising.. I shoot for 5 days a week :).

Mmmmm. I buy 90 Calorie Chewy Bars from Quaker. They're okay. I eat like half (or whole, depending on what I ate that day) before working out and it gives me energy, like spinach to Popeye! For my yogurt, I bought Wild Harvest Organic Triple Berry Granola (from ACME). Half cup is 250 cals, but I onl...

Low carb as in replacing some of your breads and pastas with veggies is good. No carb is nearly impossible. I say go for it. Introduce more veggies, maybe eat one or so carb-less meals, and you'll lose weight. But cutting out it all is too hard to sustain, especially if you want to have a social lif...

138.4 today. Still recovering from a high cal week! lol. I gain weight so easily.. I don't know if it's normal flux or the fact that I am on birth control.

Anyways, I am going to see Green Day tonight! :)

I do that. I give myself and my husband a proper portion, then I put the rest in the fridge.

I also own an Eating Well cookbook. "Healthy In a Hurry" it's called. I <3 it.

Look like pigs? I eat yogurt with a little granola and a cheese stick almost every day in between meals. I get weak if I eat three square meals. Why am I on the No-S board? I like the people here and I do buy into one plate helping and no sweets rules. Only thing I change up is allowing small health...

I think your best bet would be to try and see how you react. I did this with my favorite ice cream. But, it turns out, I can't have it in the house without eating the whole pint at once. So I don't buy it anymore. I say experiment!

Personally, I mostly stuck to my healthy way of eating when I went on a four-day vacation to OC, NJ. However, I had one SMALL treat and picked one meal to splurge on each day. That is, one of my meals was something I love and never get to eat. For instance, one day I had cereal for breakfast, a sala...
