:shock: When do I eat?? Do I eat something in the morning when I get home? I usually will have a couple pieces of wheat toast with some peanutbutter and a glass of milk. Ice-cream is a sweet. Anything that is sweet tasting is considered a sweet. Small amounts of honey or sugar in tea/coffer are generally considered fine as are trace amounts but clear desserts like cakes, cookies, and ice-cream are sweets. Thanks tracey.... Slim A Bear Sugar free ice cream....
I love these ice cream bars. Are they allowed on the diet, or are they considered a sweet? I am sure I am repeating someone elses question, but I looked and couldn't find where anyone else ask. Sorry if it is a repeat

Does no sugar make you grouchy??
I seem to be so grouchy lately. I just started this diet and seem to be doing pretty well :) But I use to eat alot of sweets. I think because when I eat food it makes my stomach hurt(IBS) So I would just eat sweets and I didn't hurt . But now I know that the sweets are probably a big part of my stom...
