Thank you Deb. ach, you made me cry again! I'll print out my post and yours and have him read them. Most of our talks end up as yells, writing works much better for me. Thanks for the suggestion. okkk.. so what if I tell myself cold turkey on all things chocolate, since that's what I have the problem with. i can allow myself a slice of pie or cake or cookies on S days, as long as it's not chocolate? is that insane, or too strict? what's worse, the self-revenge of not allowing chocolate, or t...

i agree, for me cold turkey is going to be the only way. once i had those sweets those for S days, that was the end of it, really. i quit drinking soft drinks cold turkey, almost 9 years ago, now. was the best way to do it for me. i'll just have to get myself ready to quit sweets and do it.

massage tips

I can't wait to hear more details. I have chronic spasms in my neck and upper left trapezoid area I think it's called. A therapist did tell me to get a cane to use to push into the huge knot there, but I've never done it. I'm constantly pushing on the sore area with my hand, but not comfortable. Wil...

Breakfast, lunch and dinner all went well. Got a little hungry mid-afternoon (remember, I've usually eaten 4 times by then) so I had a couple spoons of cottage cheese.
