am starting my No S Diet now. 3/4 cup of rice and some beef steak for lunch. Oatmeal with apple and fried fish for breakfast ; oatmeal again with mango and chicken. Btw, I'll be incorporating my NoS diet with low carbs diet. Last time I check my weight, I'm about 180 lbs. My goal is to be 150 to 160...
