Exercise:
None yet...having a bit of a crampy/PMS day so may take a pass today.

Meals:
Breakfast: living fuel shake blended with berries, yogurt
Lunch: spinach salad, triscuits and hummus, coco-chia bar (protein/energy bar)
Snack: yogurt, small amount of nuts
Dinner: (plan - chicken and a salad)
