New poster and a question for Reinhard
Hey Guys, I just started No S and I think it's fantastic! One question for Reinhard...if someone were to just not like sugar anyway, and really just enjoys the structure of the 3 - one physical plate meals and feels satiated from them and has no desire to take S days, would you still acheive the sam...
