Re: some others see the wisdom
Sorry to hear about what's happening in Italy. When I was in Italy 15 years ago, almost everyone looked in great shape, walking everywhere, eating great Italian food. You must watch what you eat, there's no getting around it. You can exercise yourself into exhaustion, but if you don't eat right, you...

If you have a mall nearby, you could walk there. Many malls are covered, so you can walk there rain or shine, Sometimes, I just walk around my house, room to room for 30 minutes or so.

Re: 14 Minutes Is More Than Enough
14 minutes done 5 days a week is an ideal program for me. When I first read the transcript of Episode 38, I thought, hey, this is not enough time, but you can make the 14 minute commitment really pay off by ramping up the intensity on days when you feel like it, and taking it easier on days when you...

Hi, Deb!
I remember you, too, as being very encouraging to everyone to stay with the diet. I really appreciate that. How is your music career going? I write song lyrics but just for a hobby. I think I can do this diet for good now, as I have the proper mindset and am very motivated. As they say, one picture ...

Day Two
SUCCESS WITH DIET, SUCCESS WITH EXERCISE.
It was a little tough yesterday, but I looked at an old picture of how I used to look, and in the mirror how I look now. That did it, and led to another successful day.

Stay With It!
Sometimes in life we take one step back, but it's okay, we can just take two steps forward! There is an old Japanese saying, "fall down seven times, get up eight!" We can do it! The best is yet to come! Best regards, Bob

First Day Success
SUCCESS. I have a dog and he is insisting on daily walks , so this will help me a lot. The walking along with my program of doing pushups, situps, and deep knee bends should contribute to my weight loss goals.
