plateau
I plateaued this month although I have been on track but a few days ago I had some work done on my studio and had to move STUFF out of the way......my weight budged a bit......therefore it is time for me to REALLY do some workin' out.....DUH still have 17 off tho.......and feel great!!! LOVIN NO S C...

...just wanted to add that often I find JUST what I needed to.... while paging through the book...
this,... and the podcasts are SO helpful
being a working artist ....keeping track on paper with the recommended traffic light colors works for me

when I went to BORDERS to buy the BOOK ..none to be had (app 6 weeks ago) so i purchased 2 from AMAZON in GRATITUDE for deliverence from sweets and cravings....thank you Reinhard and your PODCASTS have been VERY helpful
