Wed & Thursday checkin

Semi-success for both days...still eating too many starchy things, I think. I was hungry last night and had strawberries as a snack while watching TV. Not an awful snack, but still. I think part of it was I was hungry and part because snacking in front of the TV is a habit. Kinda discouraged...stepp...

Busy Monday and Tuesday

Yikes, this gets a little harder when I am really busy. Monday: success! had pizza and salad for dinner, out with a friend, two Blue Moon beers. Walked dog 2 miles or so Tuesday: so far so good! breakfast in the car on the way to work - cheese and akmak crackers; lunch salad, vegetable soup, banana ...

Thanks for the supportive replies yesterday! This is day one for me. I'm hoping this daily check in will help me stay focused on changing my habits!

Breakfast: Oatmeal (instant, two packets on one bowl)
Lunch: Black beans with gumbo veggies, onions & garlic
Dinner: not sure yet
