Ooo mod collections. My mod phrased less verbosely is 3 single plate meals, 1 small optional sweet/'unhealthy snack', and 1 (generally) fruit. I don't eat the optional sweet/snack when I've had a lot that day, but I am the judge of a lot. I still relax it on the weekends but I'm no longer bingeing b...

After falling off the horse a couple of times, and falling off the forum for longer... I gained 7 pounds to 160 in my first year in my real job. Most of it in the winter. I have lost 10 pounds and maybe a little more slowly but surely. But NOT using strictly NO-S. I had a terrible time on the weeken...

Ok So I read "Mindless Eating"... Since I wasn't really losing weight even trying the S and no-S days, I would get tempted and indulge, just like the other diets. I worry when you say you're so hungry nursing a baby. Eat bigger meals! Breast milk is a perfect food because it takes the "perfect" things from YOUR body, leaving you with the scraps. Weekend was pretty naughty. Hooray for garbage plates! I have no idea why I still have stomach capacity for them, but not much sugar. They are all meat and potatoes and mac salad, so i guess that's a different stomach than the sugar stomach, which has shrunk beyond recognition ^_^ Today is off to a ...

Today not bad yet... just a pita for breakfast since I weighed in almost 5.5 pounds of progress (progress makes me eat LESS because i feel better). Still waiting to hear back on my interview... if they say no I am going to pig out I'm sure. Ah well. At least I can try and pig out on salad first. Yes...

Err but I think I'm eating popcorn for dinner. I have yoga tonight and I'll be tired and hungry. BTW Interview went ok, not sure how I did... maybe good maybe bad :) And this job I'm in now will drive me completely insane. I had a mini-breakdown today... I might end up buying some after-eights and c...

Friday was not too bad, had breakfast which was a waffle with fruit (yay hotel breakfast) and some cottage cheese with fruit too, and a coffee. Lunch was on MSoft campus and was...

If I make the pictures smaller jpg compressing, the little capys get eaten by the big pixels. (And would I cut to a smaller picture? Nah then you can't have the fun of spotting them!... And I'm lazy) Anyway they are really hard to spot in mud!!! There are 2 right near the middle of the 2nd picture, ...

As a recent college grad... Now maybe... MAYBE you are diligently studying 60 hours a week, and going to class for 15-18, every week, all the time. Maybe your day goes: get to class, study between classes, get to other class, study some more, get to last class (Because hey, they never put them close...

Crunches? That might *build* ab muscles tho! Make sure you counter with back exercises. I recommend running or DDR along with the crunches, both will tone your abs (and legs of course) and give you a lot of cardio. At least medium impact, because then your abs are working to stabilize you... For spa...

The sour patch kids my mom has lying around have been bad for me yesterday, Monday and today. I keep eating like 5-10 a day, because I'm so hungry for something sugary and I have no self control. Other than that no funny stuff... yet... I did post before that it will just get worse and worse - but p...

Friday was fine. Saturday (today) has been pretty awful. Bad me. I know I can have my S's but it's like I allow myself all the bad stuff at once. I feel bloated and icky... Side note: Bob Evan's Roast Beef Hash for breakfast is delicious but you feel like a pool of cholesterol afterwards. It was my ...

Don't worry I wasn't taking it as pressure! I definitely dont use any sweetener in my coffee or tea unless its waaaay too strong, and then i use 1 sugar, no matter the size of the coffee so hopefully I'm ok there. Today and yesterday - mostly success, a little funny stuff with a reese's mini pb cup ...

One step at a time for me, Deb O_o I'm not superhuman like you folks that have been doing this longer (yet?)... although I've had those seltzers before and I don't _like_ them but I don't really _dislike_ them either. Hopefully moving slowly towards them. Yesterday was the S to kick all S butts, but...

Monday ok, I snuck a chocolate, which isn't really sneaking because I'm writing it here. I stayed home "sick" from work (I stayed home "i'm going frickin insane" ...) and managed not to eat all day in a house full of candy. Tuesday was pretty much ok. I can't think of any funny stuff, and nachos for...

I think I'm doing ok. I had a cadbury egg yesterday. That was no good. Other than that, pretty angelic. Popcorn dinners, but very good breakfast and lunch, so not too bad. I'm hungering for a plate of refried beans on some chips though, so that might end up as a dinner tomorrow. I was down 3 pounds ...

Nonskanse is an old name I made up because it sounded cool, and now because no one else has it :) Fries are great with vinegar too, so long as there's some ketchup!! Dinner popcorn + 1/2 orange (other half to dad). Still haven't mastered my popcorn craving, but it is an allowable dinner for me, and right now the main habit is 3-a-day. I keep becoming tempted to do 4, but that would be eating 4 medium meals not small ones, which would be too much food. Irrelevant...

3 big slices from a pizza pie go over the edges a little, but they fit! O_o Don't worry about the portions yet! Reinhard has advised me thus as well. Portions will come to you. I'm in my 3rd week and already my tummy can only take about half of what it could because it spends so much time resting! (...
