MADE IT!!!!

Lil Mouse :) we finally made it home!!!! Well back to the USA will not be home for a few more days....we were fliying here or there for 2 days straight...it was so hectic and then again not really...know what I mean? We did alot fo waiting or sitting on the planes/helicopters...we almost didnt make ...

Today has been a great day as far as eating goes :) Today is also my last day of "work" I am getting really excited to be leacing soon. I feel like I am back in my "groove" with my eating so we shall see!

Thank you all for your suggestions and your welcome to the board. this way of eating does sound very do-able. I knew when starting low carb I wouldnt be doing it forever.
