i have been enjoying a drink consisting of almond milk with a little stevia, nutmeg, cinnamon, cardamon, threw it in the blender and it's good! 40 calories if you are counting, takes away the hunger pains at night! i buy the blue diamond natural almond milk, sugar free.

i know i keep harping about stevia but i really like it..it's 100% natural (initially could only be bought in whole foods) it's 0 calories, some studies show it's good for insulin sensitivity, metabolic syndrome and hypertension.

i really like stevia in my tea! it's not an artificial product, it's made from some plant, was only sold in places like whole foods but now it's in grocery chains and in the sweetener area. i use it in tea and oatmeal. zero calories. give it a try!

Thanks for the suggestions! I have recently found that a cup of hot almond milk works pretty good. Almond milk is really tasty, has less calories than milk, makes a good hot chocolate (not much cocoa or sugar)
