I'll have to make my Banana Split Cheese Cake for the contest, but I will try NOT to eat anything other than the food i pack. *crosses fingers* So far so good today too...

Are you able to adjust the times you eat? Say even 12:30pm and 6:30pm? That will shave off an hour in itself.

I would try whole fruit vs. juice. Juice tends to have sugar added even with the 100% juices.

Deb -- Yes they moved. Saturday was our "Last Lunch". Everthing went well until the good-byes. We had a large group and every one was upset. Terrance and I were closest though. I held up pretty good until he wouldn't let me go and he started crying. So naturally I did too! :( Turns out all the stres...

That is great Richard. When you grow up and leave home (not that you are going to though!) ..heh... you need to keep going to the dentist. I am 25 and I hadn't been since I got married and movied out (4.5 years). I thought everything was good. I brushed and flossed, but those sweets can really do da...

I know that body image can keep you from doing a lot. If you don't feel comfortable sharing one now, take one for yourself. Then put it away. After a few months have past, take a new one and compare. I bet it will give your "image" a boost! Me, I just took the leap and made a site with my pictures a...

Day 5 (Tuesday 21st): Success! I had my 3 meals and no mess ups. I thought there might be though. I had ate dinner early (4:30ish instead of 6:15pm). I hadn't ate my fruit and only wanted a sandwich, so I was really worried that I'd cave. Nope. Nothing until breakfast this morning :) I wasn't even h...

Day 4 (Monday 20th): Success or Failure? I did really great all day. I had received a bit of bad news that stressed me out. I was really depressed all day, because I found out 2 of my closest friends are moving away. It broke my heart. On top of that, they are moving NOW. Bah. So I did cave and have...

Day 2: S-day = Success Day 3: S-day = Success I didn't over do anything on these days, but I enjoyed them. I had a pint of ice cream ( 1/2 each day). At dinner on Satruday the Hubby and I shared a brownie dessert which we didn't finish. Otherwise no snacking or seconds. Notice Sugar is more of my pr...

jordonk27-- I am new to the NoS life, but I have been reading a lot on the boards. From what I can tell, when your body gets down to the weight it wants to be, you stop losing. Then you can keep doing the diet to maintain at that point. Which is pretty cool because it should be habit and you can eat...

He forwarded it to me with a message of "Just crazy enough to work". Hehe. He knows I am always trying to find that ONE diet that just makes sen...
