Awesome.. It really says alot about the kind of srength and conditioning a person could get with a regular use of shovelglove. Very motivational..

It's interesting.. The more I do shovelglove, the more I like it. It's definetely a great workout, in my oponion, not to mention alot of fun . I am curious to see what kind of positive results I'll experience a few months or years down the road..
