Deb, I am firmly in the "scales suck" camp. Let's not forget, 'weight' is a measure of your body's gravitational force. Who gives a rip? We only care b/c it's a PROXY for body fat, and a damn poor one at that (depending on time of the month, scale calibration, not to mention muscle mass, water, etc....
