I love that the 7-minute workout meets the 14 minute morning routine. Its maybe not the "BEST", but its something. And I think that's the MAIN point move that body, do full body exercises and make it easy.

Nice job keeping the weight off. Honestly, I think that's what it's all about. This is my favorite diet to turn people on to... Its not a fad, but because it's so easy, a lot of people slip. If you don' t, it works. Common Sense baby. Common sense.
