Thats great that you are figuring out a good glucose stable lunch for yourself. In some ways, lunch is the most important meal of the day for me, because I feel like it sets me up for dinner and making it without snacking.

I dont know... I know some members divide their meals when necessary but because its the size of a regular meal they still count it as compliance. Looks like you figured some things out! I bet the cream can really add up in your coffee! And I know what you mean about eating at the slightest twinge. I notice when I am less busy I am much more likely to eat at the slightest twinge and then have a harder time telling when I am full.

Congrats on the hair cut! Are you liking it? I also cut off my hair about a month ago and I love it. I have been wearing stretchy wide cloth headbands during work outs to keep my hair off my face. Don't know if that would work for you or not. Good for you for getting in a run!
