That sounds so interesting! Also now I am craving ice cream.
Which is totally fine, I allow myself treats on weekdays if I want. It sounds so good especially with our 90 plus heat index 100 plus days we are having right now.

Wow tha is a lot of work treats to have to navigate!
Yesterday my work had the ice cream man visit campus and handed out free ice cream bars. We got a mini magnum bar each so it didn't feel to bad.
It does seem like sugary foods are cheaper and more plentiful doesn't it?

Hi Jen!
I was reading an old post and saw your username pop up. I know you haven't been around in several years but I wanted to say Hi just in case! Your check in was so helpful to me while you were working through your emotional eating and hunger/fullness.
Hope you are doing well!

So I was thinking, and trying to remember the messages I got regarding food as a child and eating everything on my plate. It came to me that I don't remember ever throwing food away, or putting it away as leftovers, and I don't remember my parents doing that either. In fact, when I thought about it ...

That's pretty amazing about more vegan options in Texas! That is great! I live in the south but near a very crunchy town and vegan options are still very sparse, and they tend to go out of business after a while.
I think its good that you ate after aquagym, Im sure that you needed it!
