No S after death in family
Starla & Nicest of the Damned : Thank you for reading my post and offering words of comfort and encouragement. It's a great help to hear from others who have the "No S mindset" and who have carried it through times of loss and difficulty.

No S after death in family
KCCC....thank you for your words of sympathy and encouragement. I actually was about to "skip" dinner just now, but after reading your post, I'm offline and to the kitchen to have a proper No S plate for dinner.

No S at a time of death in the family?
I was doing so great on No S...first time in my food-obsessed and eating-disordered life that I cultivated and sustained habits which freed me from the tyranny of one diet after another and one self-recrimination after another. This past month, November, was my 10th month, and I was all psyched to g...

Wow, encouragement from "THE MAN HIMSELF"! Thanks, Reinhard! I already take the stairs and not the elevator at work every day (here at the public library, where I am a Reference & Technical Services Librarian...yes, a FELLOW librarian), but I can increase the NUMBER of times I go up and down and up ...

Urban Ranger Wannabe

My husband is an Instinctive Perfect Eater and an Instinctive Perfect Urban Ranger (by choice, he walks t...

New here - First Post - Completed First 21 Days
Thanks to a reference from science and nutrition writer Jane Brody, I learned about "No S" in March, and started on April 1st. Completed my first 21 days with all green lights and Sat/Sun yellow lights, no red lights at all. Today I am at one full month of "No S". Still all green lights and yellow l...
