Perhaps there are worse things than being 20-30# overweight? It seems so for the present. I'm glad for a...

Oh for the days when I was below 200 pounds, when I followed No S. Why did I stop? Impatience. I need to follow this diet and let the chips fall where they may. Hi Kathleen- It's good to read this. Hope you can fight whatever thoughts come to side-track you and stick to this for a good period of ti...

Re: New to No S and have a question

My husband is a truck driver and his days off are Wed and Th. I am considering making Wed and Th my "S" days, but worry that because they are not "officially" S days, that might lead to not following the program as well. I think it depends on personality to some extent. I would 100% go for the We/T...

My goal right now is not to have a certain number of green days for the month, but to establish the habit of recording green/red days without too much self-flagellation. Good for you. Self flagellation is best avoided! Greetings from Reidsville, NC. Enjoying the snow? (I'm visiting my aunt over the...

But I went back to sugary treats after 2 years. I forgot. It seems to be pretty important that if you need to leave something off (like sugar) that it be permanent. Going in and out can really lead to problems (binges, going from "nothing" to "all"). If you want to make it a permanent change and en...
