Think I'll try something different on Sunday. A hot fudge sundae comes to mind.

I started the NoS diet on Tuesday & today's my first S day. I waited all week to eat some KitKats & Oreos. I ate them, but the anticipation of waiting was a big let down. I guess I was expecting something more from my favorite treats. Like tasting better or fireworks or something. Yuck.
