I missed a few days posting. I stayed on track on my eating, but didn't get my exercise in every day (3 days out of 7). So here is where I'm at:
Day 8
Weight: 312 lbs (-7.5 lbs)
Exercise: walking, 10 minutes (plan to e-bike 20 minutes tonight)
Mood: Feeling Good

It is sometimes difficult to adjust to a new lifestyle. Persevere...it is worth it beyond tangible evidence. Thanks. Some of it was adjustment. Some was I ate a bit lighter than normal at lunch. Today is my Day 1.
The day's not over yet, but so far so good.
Weight today: 319.5 lbs
Exercise Bike + Handweights: 20 minutes (length of a "Pinky & The Brain episode!)
Feeling sleepy and a bit hungry.
