juicing

I wondered how anyone added juicing to their No S diet. It's not a complete meal, but if I don't sit down and eat a meal I feel like I'm not following the program. It's so dang healthy, I'd like to find a way to work it in. Thanks

How long did it take you to get this down?

How long did it take you to REALLY get this down? I mean to the point eating 3 meals and not snacking was automatic and you really don't think about it anymore.

I love that you don't count calories, but plates! The idea just changes your whole mindset.

Great idea. I'm gonna try it. Going for a walk helps too.

NoS + exercise WILL work. Stay positive and focused and I'm sure you'll do fine. You want to have enough energy to keep up with the new baby!!

I'm having the same problem. I'm experimenting with oatmeal and peanut butter at breakfast to last me till lunch and I've had some success. That and keeping busy.

But I'd like to know what others eat for breakfast to last them until lunch.

Thanks for the article. Interesting. I find not snacking to be the hardest, but most effective part of No S. But like the No S book says, more eating opportunities means more calorie intake. When you think about it, it's really a no-brainer

Thanks for the link. I'm reading "Why We Get Fat And What To Do About It" now and finding it fascinating. His point is overeating and little exercise is not the cause of obesity but the result of it. Gary Taubs also says the primary way we get fat is too much insulin as a result of eating too many c...
