Good for you to be right on habit the first two weeks. Some people do experience an initial gain. As wosnes said, there are a lot of variables. It also has a lot to do with how overweight you are, how much you are exercising, how quickly or slowly you normally lose weight, etc. Most people adjust wh...

Ran/walked Saturday (5 m) and Sunday (4.5 m). It felt good.

S day both days.

I feel like I am finally back on track. Now I would like to start losing some weight again.

I agree that S days get gradually better with time. I also agree that keeping the 3 meal structure helps.

I hate to log my food, but I get ideas from the logs of others. Your meals seem very moderate. I need to work on that.

I did not realize I had not posted since Tuesady.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday were all 2-3 miles per day.
All three days were green except one S event. I had a piece of homemade apple pie for a friend's birthday treat today.

I need to get some running in.

I do the habit cal because it takes a few seconds. I do not always do it every day, but I catch up. This is the only thing I have ever been able to maintain because it is so simple.

Otherwise I am a no counting no tracking kind of person. I read more than I post like a lot of you.

The beauty of No S is that you do not have to tell anyone...ever. They may notice you saying no to sweets and snacks, but they will not guess that you are "dieting.". When people started asking me how I was losing weight, I would just say I learned to cut out the sweets and snacks and watch my meal ...

For me it depends on which meal I miss but I tend to end up with two meals and a substantial snack when I miss a meal. I listen to hunger rather than worry about timing on days like these.

Concerns about health is one of the most stressful events a person will encounter, and I think you have a lot of company in reacting by having food and wine. I do the same at times.
