Thanks Navin. I don't have a problem with the planning...I have a problem with the carryin out the plan. It is helpful to know that others are out there feeling the way I do. I will keep trying.... I think my plans need tweaking; At least in the beginning I am going to have to be satisfied with real...

I really want to incorporate having more home cooked meals...for health reasons and family reasons. My problem? I seem to be just too lazy to commit to it...It would be OK if I didn't feel unhappy about it.

Any good ideas for how I can get myself to do this?
