Thanks to everyone for your replies. I wasn't aware that no snacking didn't include unsweetened juice, which might solve my problem, although even unsweetened juice is not without calories. Question re late-afternoon crashes
I just started reading about No S a few hours ago, and I like what I'm reading. No matter what eating plan I've ever tried, I always crash in the late afternoon, and the only solution I've found is food, i.e., the forbidden-by-No-S snack. Does anyone else here have this problem?
