I love how you read with your son, that's so lovely. My youngest reads the Harry Potter books and then we watch the movie as he reads them, we are waiting patiently for him to finish The Half Blood Prince so we can watch it 😂.

Home from holidays, was a great trip away and now it's nice to be back in own bed.

Love it! Thanks, You've inspired me. I have always felt good eating that way in the past, and a lady (nutritionist) I once knew said bread isn't bad but it takes room away from veggies etc and can be a lazy food...that is exactly how I am with it lately. Good on you Auto! :lol: 8) .

That's a good rule with the extra veg/salad. It's hard to think it's a fail if we grab some extra lettuce or greens.
