I also agree. A piece of fruit was a better grab than a donut and it sounds like if you were too hungry this way it won't happen often. Another idea to reduce hunger pangs
is a vegetable, beef or chicken broth. It is hot and satisfying and very low calorie. Even if it was filled with vegetables it would not be a lot of calories.
