Just stumbled upon this and think I'll give it a try
Just thought I'd say hello. I'm very interested in giving this a try. I have always been really bad about feeling deprived on a "diet". Then because I feel deprived I give in and eat junk. Then because I already messed up I really go all out. I really like the idea of S days
