As an S day is rapidly approaching, I was reading the bulletin board and saw several people mention that they don't worry at all about S days. I had thought about allowing one s per s day...as in one snack OR seconds OR a sweet ..... Thoughts??? Thanks everyone. Such great inspiration here... Mom 3 ...

Hi Shannon--Guess we newbies will have to support each other. Sounds like you are doing well.
