Week 2
Week 2 Day 2 125 lbs Failure- My first faiure. I had too much caffeine and no protein at lunch. I ate way too much, despite it being healthy stuff. 2nd Week Begins
So far so good! Week one 6 SUCCESSES and 1 FUN DAY.
