I'm in too with mods

For medical reasons I need to eat 3 meals and two-three snacks a day.
I will stick to my plan, no seconds, no sweets, no other snacks.

Starting tomorrow with an S day so pretty cool. Trying to ensure I don't binge this week..

My goals are: Get N days down to pat with no binging. I do have 3-4 meals a day depending on the situation. noni: let me know if you try the recipe I posted. wosnes: I have tried so many recipes and the one I gave is a mix of several recipes with an option to do what you want with it. There are great recipes out there. You will enjoy making it. I make a jar at the beginning of the week. Share with hubby and one of my kids. 16th of May: :D Exercise - Swimming, walking to the barber with my youngest DS :D 3 meals - a bit difficult as had supper rather late but it was 3 meals :D No Snacks - yep did that :D No sweets - hope apple sauce and home made granola don't count as sweets :D 4+ fruits
