So today - Wed, Yes! Was a little bit harder due to being on class trip with 8yr old daughter's school. Everyone was snacking! Hung in there tho'.

Reinhard- thanks for the disclaimer. I have talked about this with my therapists ( I have several at Renfrew LOL) and they are cautiously optimistic. They would prefer I go by grazing, and eat ( or not eat) when I'm hungry ( or not hungry). I have tried that route many times and been quite frustrate...
