I don't know why, but I'm surprised that it was difficult to find an angel food cake that met the requirements. There's typically very little sodium in them. The cake actually did meet the requirements, which is why my sis got it for them. It's just that after having very little salt for months now...

It came to 140 for me (5'7"). I'm a little over that, but it's actually not an unreasonable weight for me. I used to weigh about 135 when I was younger (before pregnancy), and currently run 144-146.

But I'm surprised that there aren't gender-specific variants of the formula.

For most condiments, it's a non-issue to me. For minor things like salt/pepper, don't even think about it. For more substantial things like gravies, what I put on my plate is what I get - they count as "food." The in-betweens are ketchup and salsa - I like major quantities of both with my fries/chip...

IDK, what helped me most with S-days is "positive mods".

I will drink enough water.
I will eat meals at normal mealtime.
I will plan something nice.

Those three mods really helped my S-days get both "tamer"... and more enjoyable.
