Future success story :)
Just wanted to introduce myself. I am Kylie from Australia. I currently weigh just over 300lbs, but I know I am going to be a No S Diet success story. It feels so sensible and right to me. :) I am on day 5 today and about to have my first 2 S days. I feel confident I can be moderate in my eating but...

Day 1 :)
I have gone well but the evening strikes and all I wanna do is eat.
I know this is my struggle time, just have to fight it. Tell myself I don't snack anymore. I am not really hungry. It is just habit and boredom.
Any tips?
