Sorry you're dealing with so much stress right now. Remember the best thing you can do for yourself is to stick with NoS. Then you won't have to deal with a stomachache & bad feels from eating in a chaotic way on top of all the stress.

Just mark it & move on to the next meal!

Green day but close... Dinner was so good and had a few too many tastes of the sauce while I was preparing it. They were more like dainty licks but need to watch this as this is the kind of thing that adds up over time. Not ready to call it a red day. Hope nobody thinks I'm being too lenient. Break:...

Oh boy that's funny. I was reading your food list from yesterday and was thinking it didn't seem like very much. Then again I'm a big eater! But for the issue at the moment of true hunger. Drinks, drinks drinks to get you through. Milk, latte, wine, juice or whatever you think is going to pull you t...

And so funny what you said about chips & dip. I could definitely live off of those esp guacamole & salsa. I made my own salsa last night. Was so good! :)

Enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Ok Kookie, not needing to check in everyday is probably a good sign that your nos habit is becoming deeply imbedded.

I think I'm still too afraid to stray far from the path I'm on since it's been working so well for me. At some point I'll need to relax a bit though!

Have a great weekend!

Hi automated!

I don't think I've ever had frog legs but toad in the hole is just bread fried with butter with a hole cut out in the middle. Then you crack an egg in the center and cook it on the other side for a couple of minutes. I usually use fun cookie cutters for the girls.
