Your trip sounds so fun! I'm glad you really enjoyed yourself with your friends. I hope your mind settles about the post-event social anxiety.

And thanks very much for the encouraging words and article link on my thread. It meant a lot.

Thanks Soprano and Team$$. I noticed I was hesitant to admit my anxiety attack over the weekend, but then realized that this thread is no good for me unless I can admit some of the things I feel shame about. And journaling always helps me process and move forward. A good morning so far. I slept bett...

Re: automated eating tracker

Sunday, January 19 Today was insane. Last night HappyHerder bit Flowerpup when the pup ran over to his bowl while he was eating. My typical anxiety roared back: I threw up all my dinner and couldn't sleep. Today I spent all day trying to quell the anxiety - not much appetite. Against Sexy's wishes,...

Ha about your friends and being sceptical! :-) My sister tried NoS at some point and she GAINED weight the first month and so she quit. She was so mad at me! Thank you Soprano, Alene, and $$! I was pondering my reaction to the puppy situation and realized that a few things stand out. I think it makes a lot of sense to be conscious of those choices, as you mentioned. However, I really encourage you to not put a lot of pressure on yourself to eat "healthy". Rather, if you do have a bit more energy on a given day, just focus on eating a delicious meal. That is sustainable, and then...

Alene - what a huge victory on putting the snacks back!
