Pinkie, great news that you have got the kids set up for fall and have a plan in place.
This is a reasonable, sustainable, and humane way to go about choosing your foods each day!I’m doing the best I can to avoid snacks, say no to seconds, and minimize how many sweets I include in my diet.

Yes!I think if it works for you and it feels good in your body, then your body is telling you what it needs and wants and by eating that way you are listening to your body and taking care of yourself.
