Re: Does the obesssion with food go away with Nos?

I did find that I gained a lot of mental bandwidth from not snacking, not debating internally whether I should/shouldn’t eat, and far less beating myself up for food choices I regretted. There’s a good bit of research about how eating can be emotionally driven. It’s a great avoidance strategy for n...

It's good to see you're having such good success with your fasting. The 20-23 hours of fasting you spoke of in an earlier post sounds a lot like Ori Hofmekler's Warrior Diet. My go to thing when hungry is one of my mods, usually a banana and herbal or mint tea. Occasionally an apple or orange if out of bananas, but apples typically trigger my stomach into thinking more food is on the way, so it's a last resort. An added mod, occasionally works better for me than full van...

I don't see why not. I usually have a small glass at breakfast. It's not a sugar loaded drink like soda or a Starbucks triple-mocha latte. It's true fruits have natural sugar. Reinhard says it's okay to have up to two alcoholic drinks a day, and I don't believe they violate the rules. Liquor and win...
