Pinkhippie and auto, thank you for the kind words. She sailed thru it well. I had to sit at home looking at texts from the doc and nurses, which they did very well. Octavia, How could I have forgotten about Eckhart for this outing? The outing was actually fun, and I'm very glad I carpooled with one of the girls, because she ended up with vertigo and couldn't drive herself safely. This is a two-year-old thread, but it's such a pertinent topic for me that I will reply anyway and hope someone will read it. My eating problems were definitely formed in childhood experiences. Oh boy! I had a terrible time with them today. We had a breakfast at work today. I had already eaten, so I didn't even want to go in the room. I had so many people nagging me. I said "No thank you" as nicely as I could, but they wouldn't stop. Someone finally threatened to not leave until I went to...

Congrats on sticking to the yoga series, or giving it a good try. I'd like to add that to my routine at some point, mostly for improving my flexibility. I think yoga along with walking may be the ideal, low-impact movement system for anyone over 40-60. My opinion only.
