Well crap ....

Back to day zero. I crashed through the glass ceiling Tuesday night, sated my munchies with chips and dip, and have been generally noncompliant since. NO exercise.

Tomorrow morning is brand new. But back to Day #1.

DAY #3 SUCCESS

Wow Christie, I'd have a much harder time if I were still in So Cal with In N Out burgers and 24hour Roberto's taco stands ---- mmmmm I miss carne asada burritos ...

I don't have nearly as much temptation here...

Don't you know about shovelglove yet?

Please post if you've done several consecutive 21 day stretches [or tell me how you measure it now] and give me an idea of your progress and success. I"d like a good idea of what happens when you do this right!

#2 SUCCESS and I did 14 minutes of SOMETHING this morning, started with shovelgloving and when I coudln't do that any move just jiggled and marched in place and did stuff til the 14 minutes ended.

I live on the east coast, and my time zone is gmt-5. My posts yesterday read 2:30 am --- I assure you, I was peacefully snoozing then. What's up with that?

Dy one. SUCCESS. S day but ate No S anyway. Not really trying, just worked out that way. 2 beers. 4 minutes Shovelglove [I think it's going to take me a while to work up to 14 minutes]

Well Jody, I'm starting with you today. Actually it's an S day but I ate as though it's an N day. I"ve been lurking here for a while, but today I will start counting.

Also did about 3 minutes of shovelglove. Ouch!
